About Us Lancashire Curtains are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.
We are a long standing mail order business based in Lancashire, delivering custom made bedlinens direct to your door. Set up in 1989 we have specialised in manufacturing bed linens to fit any type of bed.
Lancashire Curtains is a new addition to the Victoria Linen Co Ltd family and will strive to deliver the same customer service and outstanding qualty that has seen our company grow over the past 10 years.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Switch and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Orders for standard curtains in the 3" tape or eyelet range may take up to 10 days for delivery. This is due to the curtains not been ready made but being made to order, from the raw cloth, cut and sewn in the factory.

| Delivery Schedule We will normally send anyready made orders to you in 7-10 working days when in stock. Orders will be sent as one package wherever possible so as not to incur further postage costs. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

| Returns Policy Made to measure curtains are no returnable if the customer submits the wrong size. Returns will only be accepted if there is a fault found with the curtains or if the order is not made to the size submitted by the customer |
Remittance Terms You have the right to cancel an order within seven working days of purchase or within seven working days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Should you wish to cancel your purchase within seven working days, please contact us in writing, either by letter or by email. All items must be appropriately packaged and returned within 10 Days, unused in their original packaging in a saleable condition and the tags still attached (if applicable) along with the invoice to:
